Pioneer Team
We have a Pioneer team of leaders who are all disciple makers in the city. These leaders have their own teams in specific areas/groups/affinities. Some function independently and others are part of NGO’s, congregations, etc.
The team meets weekly, monthly, and annually in prayer meetings, breakfasts, and breakaway weekends.
We also attend training sessions together, for instance:
- Online Discipleship training compiled by TwoFourEight
- “Life Planning” courses
- Other kinds of training focused on Disciple-making
- WinaCity for Church Leaders
- WinaCity Conferences
